2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of services on the 311 platform, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or by someone else who accessed your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact 311 support immediately.
You are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC) before making your first withdrawal. Required documents include a copy of a valid identity card or passport. Information provided during identity verification will be used for compliance purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

3. Platform Rules of Use
- Using the platform for lawful entertainment and betting purposes
- Accessing your personal account using your own credentials
- Contacting customer support for issues related to your account
- Viewing game information, odds, and rules provided on the platform
- Using valid payment methods registered in your name
- Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All transactions on the 311 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (direct bank transfer) supporting major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third party's account for deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being frozen.
Withdrawal
Winnings withdrawals will be processed to your verified Malaysian bank account registered under your name. Processing takes between 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests can only be submitted after your identity verification (KYC) process has been completed.
311 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes. Where there is doubt over the legitimacy of a transaction, the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Users will be notified via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe.
Transaction Responsibility
All confirmed deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified in the platform's refund policy. 5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
311 Liability Limits
The 311 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, error-free, or free from cybersecurity threats. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 311 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform.
311 is not liable for losses resulting from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or any factors beyond our control that affect the user experience. Users are advised to take their own precautions to protect their accounts and personal information.
Account Suspension & Closure
311 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Using automated software or unauthorised methods to access the platform
- Legal compliance requirements or instructions from authorities

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The 311 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 311 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk.
311 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the official website or registered email. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 311 platform or these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation.
